Why doesn't Congress pass a law describing exactly what is torture and what isn't? Then at least interrogators would know what they can do and what they can't. In 2002 and 2003 Pelosi, Rockefeller, and other Congressional leaders gave their approval of waterboarding. Now liberals are saying its torture. Let Congress define torture - what it is and what it isn't - in legislation.

The way it stands now anything could be called torture. As I've pointed out even your idea of having a woman infidel read to them could be mental or emotional torture.

Obama should write up a law and forward it to Congress. He's not off the hook either.
