JC - you really should stick to subjects you know. re: It's just Dell of all people (vendors) is the earliest of early adopters. - the OPPOSITE is true - DELL is the latest of late adopters. They make a point of never being on the leading edge, instead they wait until trends are clear, figure out where the "sweet spot" is in terms of market and profit, then execute like mad to maximize share in that segment. Just as we see them doing here.

CPQ was the rapid deployment partner for Win2K, not DELL.
