I wholeheartedly agree.>>

I am curious. Why is this a HUGE victory? Disk sales are expected to increase from 100 million to 200 million this year. Noumai's total capacity, which they cannot legally increase, is 10 million. So, 190 million disk purchases will still have to have to be real zip disks.

In addition, zip disks can be bought for $8, if you buy them 10 at a time at Sam's club. Noumai disks cost $8.50, if you buy them in 1000 disk lots.

1. Why is paying 8.50 for a Noumai disk better for the consumer than paying 8.00 for a zip disk?

2. For those 190 million disk purchases that are unable to pay .50 more for a Noumai disk than a zip disk, they will still have to buy a zip disk. How are these consumers helped?
