Perhaps Little Joe..... BUT if the Government can REQUIRE us to buy something that we don't want to buy, then it is the beginning of the end of Freedom and Liberty in this country. That would mean there is NOTHING to stop the Government from requiring us to purchase anything at THEIR whim....

Even Medicare is a problem today.....There is NOTHING else available to most Seniors to purchase for medical insurance after one is 65 or whatever the retirement date is today. ALL the Doctors and Hospitals I have to deal with tell me that the Government is making ALL the rules for them.....and that applies to every single patient they see every day.

I visualize some little cretins in the bowels of the Dept of Health and Human Services making the rules as they go, and feathering their little fifedom to resemble a Kingdom of Rules that everyone must follow....No one seems to be in charge....they are just making the massive rules and regs as they go along, plodding to work everyday....

Given the Court's proclivity to interpret the commerc beyond recognition I do not think an approval of Obama Care will mean that: "America will have been fundamentally changed." as contended by the author of the article. I think it will just be the last of the nails that the court has nailed into the coffin of this great country.
