Tenchu, it isn't nuance. Those are two totally different issues. 'Bipartisanship' means the two parties work together to craft a solution. The Republicans made no bones about cutting the Democrats out of the loop and shoving legislation down their throats. You really need to use a real dictionary. Just making up definitions as you go is really confusing.
