You know, I understand exactly where you are coming from. But for me, when I am carrying a firearm (which is most of the time), I am always extra careful to avoid any situation that I think might be confrontational or might end up in an altercation. I am much more aware of my surroundings, and the people around me, when I am carrying. I intentionally try to find a way around any situation that might result in me having to draw my firearm. I believe it is the personal responsibility of everyone with a concealed carry permit to do the same.
