MOTION: Beth Cunard, County Purchaser, reported that bids have been solicited, made, opened and reviewed pursuant to Board authorization. After a public hearing, Jansen resolved, seconded by Cook, to accept the lowest responsible bidder Digital Ally, Inc. in the amount of $5,500 per system including 5 year maintenance; $500 per DVM-500 wireless unit; $1,495 for Management Module Software; $165 per additional transmitter and this Board’s Chairman, Clerk and Attorney are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents.
