As we have seen with Bush, bashing the crap out of your political opponents then inviting them to fall in line behind you in the spirit of "bipartisanship" goes nowhere. Well, it did get us into Iraq. But in general I agree. Such things as energy policy, global warming and health care will not be easy issues to address. steve
