YES [street] Drug use is not culturally or morally acceptable NO and it will not be tolerated. NO The nation was committed to defeating the cocaine epidemic, and it did. OK, let people live with their own life choices and don't bail them out, don't pay for rehab, don't grieve when they kill themselves with it. Don't idolize celebrities who promote or use street drugs. Tax enough to sweep the streets of bodies and drugged-out human obstructions, but not so much it creates an entirely new black market.
