Based on their improving margins and business model, I see value. MSA's price to book value is high. The chart issue is a sore spot for me. I don't think that stocks near their highs are excluded from being value stocks. Look at the Berkshire Hathaway portfolio and you will find many of the components near highs. I posted on MSA on this thread in response to an earlier post finding MSA to be a good value.
