Santa Claus aka MSFDC...doesn't exsist at this point...requires faith of a Child to believe the Story.

Then there is the private one who e-mails you your bills...that might be one with a mass market. NetDelivery?

Don't the above by and large cut the Bank out of the Picture? If not all 2 out of 3 for sure.

Consmers are going to want to have them concentrated at their bank or PFM. Why?

Because they will know what their pay from account balance is...before they click they pay buttons I would assume that most do that now..manually before they start writing checks..so the automated option which provides the most information to the consumer wins. JMSMO.
