Project Veritas Voter Fraud Report Cited on Minnesota House Floor

Mar 26 2012
Roughly six weeks to the day after Project Veritas released our report on voter fraud in Minnesota, the state House of Representatives passed a constitutional amendment requiring voter identification at the polls by a vote of 72-62. Broad support for the amendment was due in large part to the recent national media spotlight Project Veritas has shined on the problem of potential voter fraud through our series of investigative reports.

Our footage from Minnesota made such an impression on lawmakers that it was even cited by Representative Steve Drazkowski as evidence of the extent of his state’s problem. As Rep. Drazkowski noted in his remarks on the House floor prior to voting, election officials didn’t even hesitate when Project Veritas investigators requested applications for “Timothy Tebow” and “Thomas Brady” to vote via absentee ballot.

This is just the latest legislative action to result from our investigation into voter fraud. In New Hampshire, similar legislation has passed the state Senate and could become law this year. Clearly, voters are disturbed at the shocking ease with which they can be disenfranchised by fraud and, now that they know the truth, are making their voices heard in state Capitols across the country.
