If there was any announcement, we still don't know anything about it except that CJ didn't tell the truth about it, nor did you. You're looking for a formal announcement and because you can't find one, you think CJ lied. Republicans HAVE announced they will fight an Obama nominee but they haven't made it formally. The world isn't as black and white as you try to make it when its to your advantage. The truth is CJ is smarter and more informed that most if not all of you. And that irritates the hell out of you so you all are working over time to bring him down. Its a rather pathetic enterprise and I look forward to the day you finally get it.
