Scott, Just spent a few minutes thinking through your trades - I'm inexperienced with options, more so with risk management techniques so I spend time trying to learn where I can. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you in essence had 2 straddles - One on the options (12 calls and 7.5 puts) and one on the 170 10 calls and the 10,200 shorted shares. Looks like you pretty much broke even on the downside at $6/sh and on the upside at $14.50/sh. Pretty interesting. Why short the shares instead of buying more puts? Too large a % of the puts outstanding, I'd guess. Thanks for the post. Regards. Ryvers
