Beware of these warrants if you're an American. I had a huge problem trading some years ago. Canucks should own these,us Yanks should probably not.

I had a real nice gain in them and ended up having to convert to common shares,which was not the game plan. I do not recall the exact reasons why. It may have been as ludicrous as the US SEC "protecting" me.
