David J, It looks to me that it is a brain-dead given that MSFT will
not make significantly higher prices until it returns back to its 200
day MA. This most likely means a 22-25 % (Min) correction in next 3-4 months.

Statisically speaking when MSFT sports this type of PE and is this % above its 200 day MA it has experienced a 33% correction and/or gone sideways for 3 plus years.
