I just read the 10Q Zman...Shiva is no stranger to lawsuits, dating back to Pre-Zucco.
Shiva of course, warns of a possible "adverse affect" ( "effect" maybe ) to the 4th qtr. earnings and the share price, if the Intel deal is not consummated.
