Bland has nephews who went to school in Texas. Their high school was truly awesome, no doubt. Absolutely the finest. Breathtakingly expensive.

If you kicked out all those kids and imported inner city children, turned the school over to them, turned over all the economic assets, funding, staff, etc., what do you think would happen?

Okay, seriously...there is nothing wrong with what you're suggesting. It is perfectly valid to expect this country and its individual communities to adequately educate its children. Bland can fully support that.

Would you be willing to then curtail the idea that we should also provide condoms, birth control pills, AIDS medication to the rest of the world while we focus our resources on inner city education (bland believes you would, it's a more or less a weary rhetorical question).
