Is he the only analyst with half a brain in town? Don't we have enough generals fixated on fighting previous battles? Now we need to depend on neurotic CIA agents, obviously damaged by having made mistakes in the past? It sounds like the guy should have been fired, rather than being given ever greater responsibilities.
