Sid, Has ERC retained any rights to their battery or is the development out of their hands? I haven't been able to find any information on battery development on the Corning site.

Can the nickle zinc battery be used as a starting battery for automotive applications? It is quite a bit lighter than the lead acid battery.

Can the nickle zinc battery be used in cell phones? The high number of cycles at the 10 percent discharge would match my use of cell phone batteries. At first look the nickle zinc seems better than ni-cad or nickle metal hydride.

Do you have any insite as to the potential uses of the battery?

What is the size of the automotive starting battery market?

What is the size of the cell phone battery market?

What is the size of the camcorder battery market?

What is the likelyhood of the nickle zinc battery being used in the above applications?
