ARCI might qualify for relisting on NASDAQ SmCap in 2001:

NASDAQ SmallCap Market Requirements:

1A)Net Tangible Assets: $4M
OR
1B)Market Capitalization: $50M
OR
1C)Net Income latest fiscal year: $750,000

2)Public Float: 1 million

3)Market Value of Public Float: $5 million

4)Minimum Bid Price: $4

5)Market Makers: 3

6)Shareholders(round lots): 300

7A)Operating History: 1 year
OR
7B)Market Capitalization:$50M

Looks like ARCI may meet all requirements by end of CY2000, and might apply for relisting on NASDAQ SmallCap Market for CY2001
