I think that Rosemary's gone on in search of better hunting grounds.

PE of 16 is definitely on the low side for this company. Also, don't forget that gas prices tend to be seasonal - highest prices typically come in winter. Given that gas prices so far this quarter have been at or slightly above what they were a year ago I think that your estimate of .28 - .30 per share is low, but I can't say that I'm confident that they will exceed $0.34. Estimates for next year are still around $2.10, and rightfully so I think. That's a p/e of 11 on a company that's growing reserves at 30-40% per year. If year over year gas prices remain constant for the next several years this company is worth plenty more that it's selling for right now. Even if prices drop we should still see substantial appreciation.
