i generally like the stock below $60, i am a little concerned piper is too optimistic. i also dont like the staggered board and share/option dilution level, and so far management is executing just ok. if they fix the bioreliance area, it gets more interesting. praying they dont leverage further for another acquisition until they get their house in order.
