REVENUES SOURCES

Although banner advertisements will not be a revenue generator for
Topclick, the Company has several other sources for revenue generation
planned. Topclick sees four key sources to revenues and earnings.

1. Business Info-tizing, defined as interactive internet advertising
customized to the users needs and desires,
2. Click-through revenues from featured Top web sites (Topclick sends
traffic to a site at a given price per click),
3. E-commerce brokerage referral income from the sales of goods and
services by linking to top commerce sites in TopClick Business Previews sections, and 4. Internet traffic research revenues by partnering with a leading market research company and selling an information service to Internet businesses.

COMPANY OBJECTIVES

MARKETING:
Develop monthly traffic of 30 million unique searches and 90 million page views by December, 1999, to be recognized by 75% of North American Internet users as being the No. 1 provider and Brand Leader of Packaged Top Guide and Top Sites Information by Dec. 1999, and to create a Top 10 Portal Site and Top 10 site for visitor traffic by Dec. 1999. Their primary business objective is to create the best 'Customers Answers' interface on the Internet by December 2000.

FINANCIAL:
Complete secondary financing on the NASDAQ Exchange during the later part of 1999 and develop a revenue base of $40 million in 2000.
