These guys do not run out of bucks after the bell news.This is an add on to present line. NEOT can sell added 925,000 shares as needed at 12% under the market and they still have $10.5 million line now. If I read this they may now have enough bucks to get one of the 400 studies released. Would guess results lookin good or the investment banker has no judgement! THIS IS GOOD NEWS!
