INVT: InvestAmerica Inc. Confirms Reverse Acquisition Date...

PARK CITY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 1999--InvestAmerica
Inc. (OTCBB:INVT) is pleased to announce that the reverse acquisition
with Optica Communications Inc. will take place on Nov. 22, 1999.
Immediately following the reverse acquisition, the company will
be filing its registration statement to become a fully reporting
company pursuant to the rules of the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
Optica Communications Inc. has confirmed that it expects to have
several key personnel in place immediately following the reverse
acquisition. Announcements will be forthcoming once contracts have
been formalized.
