Seriously, I.Q. isn't the main determinant of how successful you become. Motivation is. Anything above the vegetable state can produce something useful to society, but hell, if you can't, you can't. More commonly, however, it's a case of "If you won't, you won't". If we could make a person prove they "can't" before giving them long term government support, the welfare/disability pension roles would thin out a bit.
Your views are all to simplistic when it comes to ability, man has always demonstrated his ability by killing anything he doesn't understand, subsequently are homeless people are left living in the streets, people that don't conform to the capitalists views of society are misguided souls out to serve their own person ! We know very little about the emotional state of our neighbor why some transcend into depression, anxiety, suicide and many other mental disabilities but we sure can see if these leaches are working and pulling their own .
