Charles and Jack, (and everyone else :0)

I have no input on NOFF as I don't follow the stock. As to a linkage between MSU and NOFF through Global Financial Traders, I will comment that I believe it is solely due to GFT pushing paper for both companies.

Regarding the job GFT has done promoting MSU, I have few personal complaints, however it is my opinion that they follow their own agenda when it comes to anticipating what the stock will do. I refuse to "promote", but merely let the products/potential stand for themselves.
I feel much more comfortable being a conduit of dialogue/information between members and the company. I have a verbal agreement with their Investor's Relations POC in which he will make any new press releases available to our MSU Gossip Forum, immediately before being distributed to the newswires. That makes the newsletter a reliable source of official information on the company. In this role I will endeavor to maintain as much objectivity as being a shareholder allows.

Additionally, I have relayed technical questions from Forum members to MSU personnel, for which I have various e-mail addresses. When Wyn Holloway and John Watts were in NYC for a demo on 1 May, which I also attended, a glitch developed in a relay on their Netbox, which caused an embarrassing moment for the company. I later contacted John for an official explanation of what had caused the glitch and received a timely answer. It is this type of service that I attempt to facilitate.

Sorry that I haven't been more active in this folder. My schedule is a little erratic. Over the next week I will try to spend a little time here. However, I will be gone from 8-25 June, but those who subscribe to the newsletter will receive updates from out co-editor Kevin Hinyub: ( ostate@aol.com ) during my abscence.

My exposure to MSU management while in NYC exposed me to a little of what the company has in the works, although nothing was openly conveyed to me. However, being an inquisitive person by nature, I was able to glean some interesting tidbits that I have put together on my own. I passed on my thoughts to Investor Relations, and was asked not to say anything, which leads me to believe that my insights were right on target. If this is true, then we will definitely be seeing some serious action in the stock this summer, and will probably have a strong base at $20 this fall. Just my humble opinion.

Regards,

Ron
