Michael, you raise a good point. Once the price of a commodity rises and stablizes, the rate of change, or inflation, goes bact to 0. With energy the only caveat is that there is a lagging effect as the rise in prices is built into other component prices. In the short term I think that the fear of inflation creates inflation. I'm afraid that we may find out over the next few months. Ed
