They will cancel when the reorganization is approved. That will require them to have a good business plan and exit financing in place. Perhaps in 2nd calendar quarter of 2004.

A lot of the current run up may be option induced. There are over 300,000 options (equivalent to 30,000,000) shares expiring on Friday. That may very well be driving stock movement.
