Sorry to rain on the Moscom parade, but this is a stock that can't get
out of its own way, of a company that can't get out of its own way,
run by a well-intentioned but stumbling, bumbling, fumbling bunch of
Keystone Kops. I don't think Moscom has anyone on their payroll
capable of closing a sale. They're STILL negotiating a contract they
announced back in December? A contract which, according to the press
release at the time, had all the material agreements worked out.
They're still waiting for Chase to get off the dime and sign on the
Votan stuff? They get used for proctology target-practice by
Ladenburg in the botched and bungled Votan IPO, and now they're back
for more... from somebody else?

The only hope shareholders have is this company gets bought out by
somebody who knows what they're doing. A real pity, too, because
this could have been something spectacular.
