Would situation will cause them to ramp up that fast? why would they hold back otherwise? god knows they could use the cash flows! I was told from several people in the company that the government has made a response to the suit. the firm which is running quite tight on cash (for general expenses) not inventory build out are dragging their heels to arrange financing because they seem to think they will get settlement money soon. they should know better than any how this will unfold and how long it will take but they are keeping quiet because they seem to jump the gun a fair bit and its pissing people off. Who knows???!!! The mutuals don't appear to be waiting around to find out.
