Mr. Muir said they personally invested 5 million into this company,...after investors lost millions on a prior company of theirs. I wonder how much they will have left after this round.

I did ask Mr. Muir about their attachment to some shell companies in the Bahamas, and he did not answer. I would like to get a peak at them, and trace the money flows associated with said shells.
