Most of the AOL subs and many of the portfolio managers who like
the stock have no experience with any other online/ISP service.

But the world is changing. More and more people are gaining their
exposure via Internet access at work and school (elementary and
especially those graduating college). For them, AOL value as
"Internet for dummies" has no appeal, and at the T1 speeds many are used to, their desire is for ISDN or cable modem direct access to the net.
