Oh I agree you can do some skimming. I said it can't replace the Country's fiat currency. China can only check that which comes in and out of China. If one is careful - that all looks a-okay. I was pointing out that China can do a lot more checking of what stays fully internal, not what goes in and out. But even in your example, China can collect data on what Canada typically pays for diapers, and see if your reported invoices are close or too far off. Like I say, make examples of those you catch, and the appeal heads south in a hurry.... The era of Big Data is indeed upon us.
