Following info received from edii: All filings thru the 3rd quarter, revisions and answers to SEC were filed by 12/21/1999 via EDGAR. It usually takes about two weeks for the SEC to sespond, but have to allow for the Holidays. Hope to be back on the OTCBB soon. Until EDII becomes "Eligible" according to the SEC and goes back on the Bullitin Board, we are in a "quiet period" (no new deals, no news releases).
