6) I hear they have completed a round of financing and they're now cash rich to support their Promotion... In fact Bankers are "begging" them to get a piece of the action...

One wonders if, as you've done in the past, you didn't buy in cheap on this round of financing, before going out and talking up the stock.

As for the rest of your, i've heard this and i've heard that crap, your word is worthless. One would only need to read the ZSUN thread to see all the things you hear and claim to know that never come true, or don't turn out to be as advertised.
Gee why do I think the market for this gee whiz gizmo is a few digits short of the "millions" they expect to sell.
When those Home Depot deals generate some profit then you may have something. Until then the company will be spending money to stock HD shelves with no guarentee that it will sell. Chain stores never lay out any money on these deals, and they have full return privelges. My guess is they sell a few, windup having to mark the rest down to move them, or patent or not some Asian firm will do a knock off that will sell for 1/3 or less.
I'll also guess that there's some kind of convertible or warrant strippagement going, or about to go on here, or Auric would not show interest in something so insig.
