Has LU announced expansion of Optics mfg capacity? What about Cisco? It seems the only company that continually announces major investment/plant expansion in the optics arena is Nortel. Does that provide further evidence that NT is continuing to clean up in the market? NT wouldn't be making these kinds of investment unless they have clear committments from their PTT/Carrier customers that NT is going to get their Optics business? Seems strange that NT is the only player making these expansion announcements or maybe I just missed LU & Cisco's announcements recently?
