Huh? You bet Pres. Bush's incompetent a$$ it happened. While he vacationed in Texas that summer for two months, and while the CIA repeatedly warned the White House of alarming signs of an impending attack, did he say, in a professional manner: "OK, guys, now I want you to get on top of this situation NOW and report to me the results." Nooooo.....did you know that on September 10, 2001, the White House TURNED DOWN budget requests from CIA and FBI for more funding to fight terrorism. Fighting terrorism was on the back burner. He was on the ranch, watching his cartoons, that's how your Prez was handling it. Who has the last laugh now?
