If liberals wants to change the constitution there is only one way and that is through constitutional amendments. It is a long and tedious endeavor. Liberals don;t want to attempt that for two reasons. One is that they don't have the attention span for such things. They would barely get started and would have other issues and causes that would eclipse the effort. Two Is they realize they would likely fail.
