FWIW-RE:AVP-lawsuits- At least two law firms have now announced investigations into alleged breaches of fiduciary duty by Avon’s board in rejecting the bids, hoping to drum up support for possible class action lawsuits. Yet Avon won a vote of confidence of sorts from institutional shareholders when they re-elected the board at the company’s annual meeting this month. m.ft.com
