Well, aren't you the breath of fresh air! I hope you're right because at those bargain basement prices, it'll be hard to pass up buying more.

If this company had nothing, then I'd have to say "pass". However, it's a pretty enviable portfolio of properties that they have and any one of them could be a 'company builder'.

I'll not be selling.
