Wickard is a diffeent case then Obamacare. Wickard involved stopping doing something- growing wheat which for your farm and its affect on Interstate Commerce. Obama care is not to stop doing something but to start doing something- must buy insurance from insurance exchange. It is the difference between a negative and positive injuction. rich
