To say that experience does matter is not necessarily to say that the more experienced candidate is the best candidate. As to my personal view about the Hillary v Obama battle. Honestly I haven't thought about it a lot (because I wouldn't support either). Hillary irritates me a lot more, but that's just an emotional and/or surface reaction. I'm not sure there is any major difference in their policies.
