Doug, Yes, the Analyst, Rob Callendar (note that I didn't call him a lying f***ing jerk, it would have been redundant with analyst) mixed the Canadian $ earnings estimate of C$0.18 with the US$ reported earnings or $0.13. I can't believe that this was just an "accident". There seem to be a few analysts in Canada who are taking heat for getting their companies and clients out of NN at $25Cdn and now that it's likely to open at $45Cdn tomorrow, they may be looking for a job with EI. (Employment Insurance for any non Canadians reading this thread - the Government Agency that takes care of the unemployed). My take on the conference call was exceptionally positive. There were large numbers of US based analysts that offered congratulations to Terry and company for a fine quarter. I didn't hear the same sentiment from a single Canadian Analyst. Re Peter Charbonneau: He was promoted to Vice Chairman and I got the impression that he would be addressing more strategic business opportunities and relationships relieving him of some of the pressures involved with day to day operations of the company.
