No...the industrial hemp that Washington grew for fiber was naturally low in THC and not suitable for getting high.

The strains were developed for thousands of years to provide fiber content.

You are still confused by the latest strains of ultra low THC hemp meant to get around drug law standards.

But hemp grown for fiber was always low in THC...they just refined it even more to get around the drug laws with ultra-low THC hemp.
