I just don't buy the idea that the fact that one person is 14 years older than the other means that the older person is ipso facto a better candidate for a specific job. Experience matters, but it's not the only thing that matters. - Allen PS: I'm finally catching up to the thread, and I see that in this post I've said something that Tim Fowler already said. Well, I guess he can't be wrong 100% of the time. ;-)
