Scrapps, I do not know what kind of modem you have, but only
Sportster 33.6 models (like mine) purchased after Aug 15, 1996 are
eligible for the 56k update. Also, I do not know what this line
SV: 02/28/97 DSP: 02/22/97
in my print-out means. Can't have anything to do with my modem,
bought that in December. My guess is that it relates to the Line
Test program itself. Maybe Surely Valuable and
Damn Silly Procedure. If you get a good line
2 times out of 3, suggest you use it just those two<g>
