The company has changed its business focus. Due to Telecommunications ACT of 1996 they had to abandon all plans for "Securecard" services and development. Millions of dollars were injected into the company in 1996. Contracts with MCI and Brite caused large amounts of company debt. MCI was owed 1M and Brite was to be paid 20k per month.

The latest SEC filings were posted in 1997 reflecting poor business conditions from 1994 - 96'. No recent info. on PFVI is available on 3 top financial services concerning the float, total debt, cash flow or balance sheet. No profit/loss statements on record since 1996.

The company changed its entire business focus in 1997 toward developing voice-recognition systems. It's new "automated" telephone attendant "Emma", routes calls, dials long distance and performs call accounting. PFVI will install this system on Time Warner's Telecom network. No financial details of this agreement were disclosed in recent press release of 1/11/99. Their services will first be introduced soon in Tampa, FL for $19.95 per month.
