I'm going to assume tht you're having a bad day, since I can't imagine someone being that rude intentionally.

If a company were to announce a split, then warn, or issue poor earnings, those would be two contradictory indicators. One hundred percent of the time, a company which splits the stock will announce healthy earnings. Would it make sense to split your stock, then announce poor earnings, which will only serve to drive the price lower? Therefore, a split announcement can be construed as a positive statement of a company's health by management.

Please be more polite to me in the future, or direct your questions to someone who will tolerate your rudeness.
